On April 12th, we organised our 2nd info day for innovation intermediary organisations interested to participate in our 2nd pilot round!
Seven organisations from Eastern European countries participated in our event, during which they got introduced to the InnORBIT capacity building and business support programmes and had the chance to pose their questions regarding their participation in the project's pilot activities.
First, Iasmina Cioroianu (Startup Europe Networks), welcomed the participants and laid out the key highlights of the info day. A tour de table followed, during which all attendees had the chance to introduce to each other and to the InnORBIT team. Thomas Tanghe (SpaceTec Partners) presented the InnORBIT project and its core objectives and actions, followed by Emilio Crespo (SpaceTec Partners) who presented the two InnORBIT programmes, the local space initiative formats supported by the project (hackathons, incubators, accelerators, space cafes, etc.) and the InnORBIT digital toolbox.
Before moving on to the next steps and the Q&A session, Stellina Patellida (Corallia) shared the experiences of the Corallia team, a member of the InnORBIT consortium and 1st pilot participant, with the Capaicty Building Training and the organization of the Greek Space Cafe initiative. Stellina also explained how the Corallia team was supported throughout the process by SpaceTec Partners.
