SUN is hosting a cycle of webinars to allow you to learn more about the space industry and hear from experienced speakers and mentors of our project.
The third webinar topic is: "Space Law for Startups - Find out why regulations are your enablers". This talk aims to help you learn about the legal aspects of funding a space startup and is hosted by two lawyers from Bufete Mas y Calvet: Efrén Dìaz, a mentor in our programme, and Carlos Albareda.
Efrén Díaz is responsible for the Technology and the Space Law Area, holds a PhD in Geospatial Law and has completed the International Master's Degree in Data Protection, Transparency and Access to Information. He is also a member of the Working Group of the Spatial Data Infrastructure of Spain (IDEE).
Carlos Albareda has a background in Criminology and Forensic Sciences and Administration and Finance and is part of the Technology and Space Law areas of Bufete Mas y Calvet and has participated in technology consultancy, data protection and intellectual property projects.
